Arabella Country House on the Great Ocean Road, is just eight kilometres from the Twelve Apostles, in fact so close you can see the tops of them. A Rural Country Homestead, which has Southern Ocean views from the Queen sized bedrooms,  provides the ideal place to stay and enjoy this world famous coastline, There are also many other attractions within an hours drive, that this corner of Victoria has to offer.

Afternoon tea is served on arrival, with either tea, cappuccino or plunger coffee to have with Lynnes’ baked delights. Guests are invited to help themselves to drinks, nibbles, port and chocolates, at any time

Guests can relax in the spacious Lounge/Dining room in front of the log fire and enjoy the surrounding views and brilliant sunsets in comfort or access your email through the house office facilities.

To start the day, a sumptuous Australian Country  Breakfast includes, a continental buffet and cooked dishes selected from the menu. Other meals are available by prior arrangement.

To add to your must see experience of the 12 apostles let Lynne and Neil explain the hidden sights that only locals know.

Flat screen T.V. with DVD player available. Some DVD’s available.

Relaxing Chairs and Table to enjoy a quite drink and the award winning chocolates provided. Egyptian Cotton Towel set is provided for use in the ensuite bathroom with Spa-bath, roomy Glass door Shower with a selection of Bathroom accessories for your use.

Spacious Queen-sized room with Queen bed and all the wonderful things contained in the GROTTO.

Family Room

We have a Double Bed and 2 single Beds in this room. Very spacious with room for all the Family to relax and enjoy the magazines and books and toys for the children.

The beds have colour co-ordinated bedspreads and soft warm blankets plenty of pillows and

Electric blankets for our cold nights.

The ensuite Bathroom is huge and has Bath and large Shower, toilet and vanity plenty of room for the whole family. All the amenities mentioned in the rooms above are also available in this room.

  • All ground floor rooms with large bathrooms and easy access for wheelchairs.
  • Children Welcome. The family room has very comfortable beds for children and a porta-cot is available, Games and toys are in the toy box waiting for a child to play with them.
  • We are happy to have small dogs or cats but we are unable to have them in our rooms, many people have stayed with their pets happy to sleep in the car.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before 2 pm. On day prior to booking no charge to credit card, and deposit is refunded less $5.00 administration fee.
  • Cancellation after this time a charge of ½ the cost of the booking will be taken from the credit card, and the deposit will Forfeited.
  • Arabella Country House is a non-smoking property, we do provide an area outside for smokers.

The main viewing area is on the corner of Booringa Road and Great Ocean Road Princetown 3269 and is 6km west of the small township of Princetown and 12km west of Port Campbell.
