Camp Cooriemungle is fully accredited by Australian Camps Association as a venue that is suitable for both small and larger groups. Predominantly the host to many school camps, we also have room for family groups. Our camp is situated close to wonderful natural spectacles including the 12 Apostles & the historic shipwreck coast, the Otway State Forest, and only a few minutes from great beaches for swimming, snorkelling and surfing.
The Camp is set on 55 acres in a picturesque farmland environment, adjacent to the state forest with nature bush walks. You can experience the fun of getting up close and personal with farm animals, take a stroll around the property and rest beneath a shady tree.
Once the site of an old prison, Camp Cooriemungle is now the host to diverse groups of people who can choose to stay in a wide variety of accomodation styles.

Held over three days, riders will revel in the beauty of the Shipwreck Coast, as they navigate a unique course across a variety of terrain and challenging trails. The completed Camperdown to Timboon section is a wonderful family trail dotted with statuesque trestle bridges and spellbinding scenery. Trail users can make use of a free shuttle service on Thursdays and every second Sunday from December till April. Visitors can borrow a Newtonian Reflector and a good set of lenses from the Visitor Information Centre in Port Campbell to enjoy our ink black southern skies!
The 12 Apostles are a collection of offshore sea stacks between Princetown and Port Campbell on Victoria's Great Ocean Road. The main viewing area is on the corner of Booringa Road and Great Ocean Road Princetown 3269 and is 6km west of the small township of Princetown and 12km west of Port Campbell.
