About the listing
Open evening at the Historical Society museum in Port Campbell. This Thursday 16th January from 7:00 PM.
The evening will include an opportunity to inspect the museum, speak with our members about the displays and there will be a presentation on two of our famous shipwrecks. These will be very different to what you have previously heard. Did you know that the Loch Ard was dismasted on 2 occasions before it was wrecked at Muttonbird? Who knows the incredible story about the mutiny on the Falls of Halladale and the seafaring saga that lead up to the event off the coast of New Zealand?
This evening is designed for visitors and locals. Come along and see, discuss and here some unique stories.
History is fun.
