About the listing
The walk traverses cliff top and dense low coastal heath. It offers wildlife viewing opportunities and unobstructed viewing east to Sentinel Rock and the 12 Apostles. Look out for wildlife around dusk and dawn.
Access via the new Port Campbell suspension bridge via 2m wide sealed path. The bridge spans Campbell's Creek to a viewing platform and a 191 step staircase that flanks the western headland of Port Campbell connecting to the Port Campbell Discovery Walk.
Access via steps near the mouth of Campbells' Creek is not advisable without knowledge of recent rainfall, tides and sea and swell conditions (contact the Port Campbell Visitor Information Centre - 1300 137 255) but is often accessible during the drier months.
Access in all conditions is available from the Port Campbell lookout area 2km west of Port Campbell.
