About the listing
Explore what's in our oceans and what we can do to help protect them. Learn about rubbish in the oceans and explore the beach through beach-combing and rock-pooling (ocean swell and tide conditions dependent).
This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
Please bring water, sunscreen, insect repellent, and wear enclosed shoes or sandals appropriate for rock-pooling and clothing appropriate for the weather.
The closest toilets, drinking water and shops are located in Peterborough.
Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response.
**Be prepared for lots of wind! In the case of heavy rain, extreme winds or extreme condition the activity and location will change. This could potentially be to inside activities in Port Campbell, or it may need to be cancelled. Your activity host will be in touch if this is the case.
Please meet in Wild Dog Cove Car park - the first car park on the ocean side as you head west from Peterborough. You can also walk here from Peterborough along the Cliff Top Walk.
