Great Ocean Ducks - Just Duck!
Greg and Jodi Clarke farm Aylesbury and Pekin ducks on their version of the country idyll overlooking Victoria’s Great Ocean Road near the Twelve Apostles. In 2015 they published a book, Just Duck, featuring duck recipes from the chefs they sell their ducks to as well as stories from their farming adventure.
